Miranda Hoffs is a visual artist currently based in Los Angeles, California. She graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 2010, and is currently working toward her M.F.A. in Art at CalArts. Her work deals with issues centering on food and the body, female identity and power dynamics in relationships, as well as her own family history and psychology. In her current work, she is interested in unpacking the power position inherent in the role of the hostess.
